1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using our website, enrolling in any of our programs, or making any purchases through PLH School, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or enroll in any of our programs.

2. PROGRAMS OFFERED

We offer the following educational programs:(a) Hybrid Digital Program (Online Course)(b) Full-Time On-Site Program

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods for tuition: Money orders, Certified bank checks, Cash, Wire transfers

Financing Options: Optional financing plans are available through third-party lenders, including zero upfront payment options with first payment due 30 days after classes begin, subject to credit approval.

3.2 Non-Refundable Deposit

All enrollments require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure placement.
This deposit covers administrative and processing costs. 

4. REFUND POLICY

4.1 Hybrid Digital Program (Online Course)

  Students are entitled to a refund within 3 calendar days of enrollment, provided no more than 20% of course materials have been accessed or completed.

All refunds within this 3-day window will be issued minus a $100 non-refundable administrative fee, which covers enrollment processing.

If payment was made by credit or debit card, a 4% non-refundable processing fee will also be deducted from the refundable amount to cover merchant transaction costs.

 If payment was made using an online financing lender, cancellations within the 3-day refund window will incur a non-refundable 10% processing fee, which reflects the lender’s non-recoverable transaction fees.

After the 3-day period or once 20% or more of the course content has been accessed (whichever comes first), no refunds will be granted.

 Refund requests must be submitted via email within the eligible refund window..

4.2 Full-Time On-Site Program

 All enrollments require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure placement. This deposit covers administrative and processing costs.

 Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the program start date are eligible for a refund of tuition paid, minus the non-refundable $100 deposit.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the program start date are non-refundable. However, tuition may be credited toward a future session at the school’s discretion.

 Once the program has commenced, no refunds shall be granted under any circumstances.

You agree to use our website and programs for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of or restrict the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLH School and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, participation in our programs, or reliance on any information provided.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by PLH School. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
