REFUND POLICY – PLH SCHOOL

By enrolling in a PLH School program, you agree to the following terms regarding refunds and cancellations:
1. HYBRID DIGITAL PROGRAM (ONLINE COURSE):
1.1. Students are entitled to a refund within 3 calendar days of enrollment, provided no more than 20% of course materials have been accessed or completed. Refunds within this 3-day window will be issued minus a $100 non-refundable administrative fee, which covers enrollment processing.
1.2. After 3 days from enrollment OR after consuming 20% or more of the course material (whichever comes first), all fees paid shall become non-refundable.
1.3. Refund requests must be submitted via email within the eligible refund window.
1.4. If payment was made via credit or debit card, a 4% non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover merchant transaction costs. If payment was made using an online financing lender, cancellations within the 3-day refund window will incur a non-refundable 10% processing fee, which reflects the lender’s non-recoverable transaction fees.
2. FULL-TIME ON-SITE PROGRAM:
2.1. All enrollments require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure placement. This deposit covers administrative and processing costs.
2.2. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the program start date are eligible for a refund of tuition paid, minus the non-refundable $100 deposit.
2.3. Cancellations made within 30 days of the program start date are non-refundable. However, tuition may be credited toward a future session at the school’s discretion.
2.4. Once the program has commenced, no refunds shall be granted under any circumstances.
2.5. If payment was made via credit or debit card, a 4% non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the refundable portion to cover merchant transaction costs. If payment was made using an online financing lender, cancellations made within the 30-day refund window will incur a non-refundable 10% processing fee, which reflects the lender’s non-recoverable transaction fees.
